Hutchison International working in partnership with NHS National Services Scotland in the fight against COVID-19

 

Since the beginning of April, our medical quality accredited ISO13485 team, has worked tirelessly with our network of accredited and approved medical suppliers, vendors, and manufacturers to supply approved PPE and Virus Collection & Transportation Medium Kits.

 

After delivering a preliminary sample consignment of COVID-19 Swab Testing Kits to NHS Scotland for approval, we are pleased to announce two consignments have now been fulfilled with more planned to follow.

We are pleased that the fulfilment of this order will help with the expansion of COVID-19 testing to include everyone over the age of 5 with symptoms. This will support the new Test, Trace, Isolate and Support (TTIS) approach which will be used to keep transmission in communities low as the country moves out of lockdown.
